Conference News
Gathering of the Eagles Leadership Summit for Dance and Worship Leaders will be held October 29- November 1, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North in Columbus, Ohio.
The cost is $85 for early registration, before September 30, 2008, $80 for CDF and NLDN members.
The cost after September 30, 2008 is $95.00, $90 for CDF and NLDN members. There will be no refunds and no childcare provided.
*Dance Team members may attend if accompanied by Dance Leader or Worship Leader.

Single Rooms, King Rooms and Double Rooms are $98.00 plus tax $15.41. This includes a continental breakfast. Remember to request a non-smoking room.
Each room is equipped with a coffee maker as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. You may request a microwave and a refrigerator at not charge while supplies last. There is an on-site, full service restaurant. Room service is available during restaurant hours.
YOU MUST SECURE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS EARLY. AFTER OCTOBER 10, YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE CONFERENCE RATE.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
*The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the Airport. There is a 6: 00 AM – 9:30 PM courtesy shuttle to and from the hotel. Please schedule your air travel arrivals and departures accordingly. When you arrive at the Columbus, Ohio Airport (CMH is the Airport code), call the Crowne Plaza Columbus North for a pick up. You may call from your cell phone or use a pay phone to call 1-614-885-1885. The Columbus Marriott North Hotel courtesy shuttle will pick you up. Please allow at least 20 minutes for pick up. They will also return you to the airport at your time of departure.
NOTE: It is best to schedule your courtesy shuttle return when you check-in at the hotel.
Should you choose to take a taxi to or from the hotel, the cost will range between $20-$30. All activities will take place within the hotel.
The Saturday Afternoon Choreography Clinic will begin at 3:00 PM and is open to everyone who may want to participate. Since spaces is limited, it will be offered to the first person or groups that sign up.
